Questions before you rent
What documents do I need?
UAE residents need an Emirates ID and UAE driving licence. Visitors need a passport, visit visa and a home country licence or International Driving Permit, depending on the country.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, from AED 1,000 depending on the car, blocked on your credit card and released 14–21 days after return.
How are Salik tolls and fines charged?
Salik is charged at cost plus AED 1 per crossing. Fines are charged at cost plus a 10% admin fee.
Can I drive to Oman?
Yes, with our Oman insurance add-on (AED 350 per trip) and a no-objection letter.
Do you buy cars or take trade-ins?
Yes. Free valuation and same-day payment, including settling outstanding finance.
