Back & neck
Back and neck pain
Most back pain gets better without surgery. Our spine team focuses on getting you moving again with therapy and targeted treatment, and offers minimally invasive surgery when it is truly needed.
A conservative-first approach to spine care
Back and neck pain are among the most common reasons people miss work. The good news is that more than 80% of cases improve within weeks with the right exercises, posture changes and pain control.
If pain travels down an arm or leg, or you have numbness or weakness, we look for a pinched nerve with an MRI. Options include epidural steroid injections and, for persistent cases, minimally invasive decompression or fusion.
