1. Who we are

Zephora Journeys ("we", "us") operates this website and the services described on it. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information. We process personal data in line with the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, and the requirements of airlines, hotels and embassies we book with on your behalf.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you fill in a form, call, email or visit us, such as your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry. For bookings we also collect passport details, CNIC numbers, dates of birth, photographs and supporting documents needed for visas, tickets and hotel registration. We also keep basic technical logs (browser type, pages visited) to keep the website secure. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

3. How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and manage the services you ask for, send appointment or booking reminders, process payments, meet our legal obligations and improve our service. We will only send marketing messages if you have opted in, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

4. Sharing

We share information only with people who need it to deliver your service, such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, Umrah service providers in Saudi Arabia, embassies and visa processing centres, our IT and payment providers under confidentiality agreements, and authorities where the law requires it. Where data is stored outside Pakistan, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected to an equivalent standard.

5. Storage and security

Records are stored in secure, access-controlled systems with encrypted backups. Staff are trained in privacy and confidentiality. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Passport and CNIC copies are deleted 12 months after your trip unless you ask us to keep them for a future booking.

7. Cookies

This website uses only essential browser storage needed for it to work (for example, remembering items in a cart or a preference you have chosen). It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
