These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings or enquiries made through it with Zephora Journeys. By using the site you agree to them. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.

2. Information on this website

We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general in nature and is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Prices, availability and schedules can change and are confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and enquiries

Submitting a form on this website is an enquiry or booking request. It is not confirmed until we contact you. Please give us accurate details so we can reach you.

4. Payments, changes and cancellations

A deposit of Rs 25,000 per person secures most packages; the balance is due before tickets are issued. Instalment plans are agreed in writing. Airline, hotel and visa fees that are non-refundable once issued are deducted from any refund; all other amounts are refunded within 14 working days. Visa decisions are made by embassies and fees are not refundable if a visa is refused.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload anything unlawful or harmful. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout and graphics on this website belong to Zephora Journeys or are used under licence (photographs are licensed stock images). You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005.
