FAQs
Do I need to be 18 to order?
Yes. It's illegal to sell nicotine products to anyone under 18 in the UK. We run an age check on every order and our couriers follow Challenge 25.
Do you still sell disposable vapes?
No. Single-use disposables have been banned in the UK since 1 June 2025. We stock refillable kits that are just as easy to use.
Which nicotine strength should I choose?
Heavier smokers often start on 20mg nic salts and lighter smokers on 10mg. Ask in store and we will help.
Can I return a faulty device?
Yes, faulty devices are replaced within 30 days and we handle warranty claims after that.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes, from all three shops, usually ready within 2 hours. Bring photo ID.
