These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings or enquiries made through it with Cloudvex Vape & Smoke. By using the site you agree to them. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Under the Children and Families Act 2014 and related regulations, we do not sell nicotine products or vaping devices to anyone under 18, and we may cancel any order that fails our age verification check.
2. Information on this website
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general in nature and is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Prices, availability and schedules can change and are confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Bookings and enquiries
Submitting a form on this website is an enquiry or booking request. It is not confirmed until we contact you. Please give us accurate details so we can reach you.
4. Payments, changes and cancellations
Prices include VAT. Free UK delivery on orders over £25, otherwise £3.49. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for unopened items; for hygiene and safety reasons opened e-liquids cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty devices are covered by a 30-day replacement guarantee and the manufacturer's warranty.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or upload anything unlawful or harmful. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout and graphics on this website belong to Cloudvex Vape & Smoke or are used under licence (photographs are licensed stock images). You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
